[Notes for operation]

1. Each time the mixing material is added. Must not exceed the specified value. The hopper can only raise the material loading after the material is discharged from the mixing drum.

2. The hopper should not be lowered randomly. When it needs to be lowered under special circumstances, brake slowly and lower the balance.
3. In order to reduce the stickiness of the hopper, the order of adding aggregate to the hopper should be:
Stone-cement-sand, or sand-cement-pebbles.
4. During the feeding process, water should be added in time to reduce the picking time and dust.
5. When the hopper is raised, no one is allowed to stay under the hopper. The empty hopper should be lowered slowly. In order to increase the Zhongxiang of the machine.
6. It is strictly forbidden for non-operators to pull the lever handle at will.
7. Pay attention to the electrical safety, prevent the motor from being damp, and prevent electrical components and wires from being damaged.
8. When the power is off, use the crank to shake the belt pulley of the reduction box to discharge the material in the cylinder.
9. Lubricate the gear ring and track every shift (mechanical oil).
10. Warning: If the switch is at the mixing (or discharging) position, it is strictly prohibited to quickly switch to the discharging (or mixing) position to avoid damage to the gear of the reduction box.

11. Warning: The running-in period is one month. During this period, the mixing load is halved. After one month, replace the gear oil of the reduction box and work at full load.
