1. Automatic water filling function: due to continuous steam output during the working process, the water level in the generator body keeps falling.When the water level falls to the middle level, the feeding pump will work automatically to replenish and soften water in the generator to the upper level, and the feeding pump will shut down to stop water inlet.
2. Automatic pressure control function: when the steam pressure in the generator body reaches the upper limit set by the pressure controller, the heating power can be cut off automatically;When the steam pressure in the generator body drops to the lower limit set, the heating power can be automatically connected to ensure the steam output at a basically constant pressure.
3. Automatic protection function for water shortage: adopt double automatic protection measures of liquid level controller and temperature controller.When the water level in the generator body falls to the lower level due to unexpected reasons, the heating power supply can be cut off automatically;Once the liquid level controller fails and the water level continues to drop to the position of the electric heat pipe, in order to prevent the electric heat pipe from dry burning without water, the temperature controller will signal and cut off the heating power, so as to ensure that the heating element will not be damaged due to dry burning due to lack of water.
4. Automatic overpressure protection function: when the pressure inside the generator exceeds the setting pressure of the safety valve due to unexpected reasons, the safety valve can be effectively and timely opened to protect the safety of equipment and operators.
5. Overcurrent protection function: when the generator is in operation and the current is too large due to various accidents, the circuit protection function will be started to prevent damage to personnel and equipment.
