The whole line of equipment can be used in linkage or stand-alone, and the interface is simpleand clear Each equipment has its own control system and display screen.

With the wide application of 18650 battery in the field of new energy, automation equipment has become one of the core competitiveness of battery enterprises. As a representative of domestic equipment enterprises, BN Technology has independently developed the lithium battery PACK automatic assembly line system according to the characteristics of the battery module group. The system integrates the lithium battery sticker system, sorting and testing system, automatic battery PACK assembly system, CCD visual identification system and automatic spot welding system. The automatic feeding and automatic sorting mechanism is adopted to ensure the consistency of the cell used in the product. At the same time, the bar code of the cell can be automatically scanned and obtained, and the bar code and PACK bar code can be classified and then bound and recorded.
