Yes, any customized design are accepted here , just please show me your deisgn or your logo , and then, we will make the sample as
per your idea .

A: YES, we also welcome wholesale order of custom design.
Q: How long to finish the custom pendant?
A: The production time is 2 to 3 weeks, we try our best to make it faster and assure best quality.
Q: Can you put the logo on the custom pendant?
A: Yes,we can put your logo on the back of custom pendant, including names, company logo, or other logos you like.
Can i do the mixed order ?
Yes, no problem , but mixed order is just for Stock items , and we have several thousand stock items for your reference , small
quantity each design also will be ok
How can i know whether you can make the right design ?
For custom order, first , we will make the drawing picture as per your design / idea , and them send the drawing to your confirm,
you can change it and until you said the drawing is ok , we will make the mold as per the drawing picture and show you , after
your confirmation, we will arrange mass production
Are the CZ stones glued on the product?
No, they are not glued. All the CZ stones we used is AAA grade CZ with hand setting.They won't fall out.
Will the jewelry fade?
We do high quality electro plating with ecoating. The gold color can last for more than 2 years without tarnishing. But your
careful maintenance will greatly help to last its beautiful finish;
If quality problems happen, what should I do?
You can get back to us for reparing, replacement or refund.
Q: Can weight, size, colors and design be changed?
A: Yes. Of course. We are factory, meaning all details can be negotiated.we can produce customized product as long as you will
offer us the product sketch.(File in Al,EPS,CDR etc.format can be acceptable.)If you have any new idea,contact us,our design team
members can help you to change the idea to reality.
