Swabbing operation unit:
The swabbing unit includes hydraulic cylinder, inner sliding frame, sliding car, pulley block, outer sliding frame, wire rope and wire rope fixing block. The hydraulic oil drives the hydraulic cylinder to move up and down, and drives the rod and sucker rod on the inner carriage and sliding frame to move up and down.

The hydraulic outrigger comprises hydraulic cylinders and an inner and outer telescopic outriggers. The hydraulic oil adjusts the working width and height of the swabbing machine by driving the inner and outer telescopic legs.

The CX160Z full hydraulic automatic swabbing machine is special equipment for oil field well testing, drainage and exploration. The hook speed can be adjusted freely from 0.1 to 0.5m/s, the rated hook load is 130kN, and the maximum hook load is 160kN. It has automatic working mode, manual and remote control mode, and can be applied to the automatic continuous rod swabbing operation with a well depth of 4000m. The loading/downloading truck, movement in the well site and centering wellhead can be done by remote controller , with no crane required.
