1.5 pressure steaming for about 25-28 minutes, normal pressure steaming for about 35 minutes, temperature 90-100°.
Q2. What is the ratio of raw materials to finished products?
The kernel rate of normal cashews is about 23%-30%, and the shelling rate is about 85%-97%.
Q3. How to determine the drying temperature, time and water content?
Steam heating drying temperature is about 70-80°, electric heating drying temperature is 65-70°, drying for 10-12 hours according to the moisture content of the nuts, and the moisture point after drying is about 5%-7%.
Q4. How to determine the baking time and temperature?
The temperature is 150-160°, and the time depends on the process.
Q5. How many workers are needed for different production cycles?
