I.application :
Used to wind the power transformer coils and similar coils.
II..Characters
The mechanical transmission part of the winding machine is located on the upper part of the bedside box.
The electrical part is installed on the back side of the bedside box.
The V-belt drive and counter are installed on the tailstock at the head of the bed and covered with a welding cover.
Turn the gear through the shift lever to achieve high, medium and low changes in the spindle speed.
The winding machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to realize stepless speed regulation. Rotate the panel knob of the inverter to realize the speed change.
The machine has electronic reversible counting and is equipped with an electromagnetic brake device to prevent reversing when the winding stops and ensure that the automatic counting will not cause errors.
Adopt electromagnetic brake motor, automatic brake after power failure, manual 3 gear shift
The main box is formed by folding steel plate at one time, and the whole machine has good stability
Six-digit display electronic counting, automatic judgment and counting for forward and reverse rotation.
The operation is simple and the start-up is stable.
