Tunnel Quick Freezer
Quick-freezing tunnels are also known as tunnel-type quick-freezing machines. Similar to the principle of quick-freezing warehouses, they can be divided into mesh belt type and plate belt type according to the different types of conveyor belts used. They can also be divided into smooth quick-freezing tunnels and spiral quick-freezing tunnels.
Flat mesh belt quick-freezing tunnel: suitable for meat, prepared food, aquatic products, dishes, ice cream, etc. It is a basic general-purpose quick-freezing tunnel. Its output is 100kg/h—2000kg/h. Multifunctional vibrating mesh belt quick-freezing tunnel: add a dynamic device to the general-purpose flat mesh belt quick-freezing tunnel. In addition to the characteristics of a general-purpose flat mesh belt type monomer quick-freezing tunnel, it is also suitable for the freezing of granular food monomers.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
1. The frame structure is made of stainless steel SUS304, all of which are welded by argon arc welding.
2. The evaporator is made of aluminum tube and aluminum sheet, and adopts a large sheet pitch structure to make the defrosting interval long. Frosting method: The external water valve is used to centrally control the water to flush the frost evenly.
3. The library body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is beautiful and generous overall. The thickness of the library board is 120mm, the bulk density is ≥40kg/m3, and the four corners are made of special corner boards, which are formed at one time and have good heat preservation performance.
4. The bottom of the storage board has a certain inclination, and is equipped with drainage holes, which is easy to clean and ensure that there is no sanitary dead corner inside the equipment.
5. The entire warehouse body is equipped with an overhaul door, which is convenient for cleaning and overhauling in the warehouse.
6. The mesh belt chain transmission mechanism is adopted, and the mechanical failure rate is low
