Torque limiter (also called torque limiter, safety coupling, safety clutch, BMOOM limiter) is a component that connects the active and working machines. The main function is overload protection. The torque limiter is overload or mechanical failure. When the required torque exceeds the set value, it restricts the torque transmitted by the transmission system in the form of slipping. When the slip is slipped, the motor and the speed reducer can be stopped by a signal output, and the connection is restored when the overload condition disappears. This prevents mechanical damage and avoids costly downtime.
