Starruby is grown in the Western Mediterranean region of Turkey where plantations have been growing steadily. Starruby is one of
the most exported products destined for fresh consumption. It is mostly oblate spheroid in shape; both the rind and the interior
flesh us reddish. The rind is shiny, smooth and thin, making it easy to peel. Compared to other cultivars, Starruby has low

***Riored
Riored is one of the more recent red mutations. The flesh is five times more red than Ruby and twice as juicier than Red Ruby yet
it is just as crisp as Starruby. It has very few pips. Riored has a sugar content of 9.4%, acidity of 1.22% and a sugar/acid ratio
of 7.7.

***White Marsh Seedless
White Marsh Seedless is a Golden Ball variety which was one of the first to be grown in Turkey. The yellow rind is smooth, shiny
and thin. The rind is firmly adhered to the flesh of the fruit. It is mostly oblate spheroid in shape. White flesh grapefruit are
juicy and without pips. A growing demand for red cultivars has resulted in a slump in production of this variety.
