Brief introduction :
New type model QGF-300 5 gallon drinking water filling machine is mainframe for produce 5 gallon barreled water. It consists of automatic cap elevator, online cap washing system, machine frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, air tank, transmission machine, electric machine, can finish empty barrel washing , filling , capping through several washing , fit quantify filling and auto capping. The whole working process was control by PLC, water pump controlled by frequency converter, realize stability washing effect, accurate filling capacity and perfect capping effect.

Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid. |
