Freezer truck body
1. Material: FRP PU, FRP XPS, STEEL XPS,....ETC.
2. Thickness: 60mm, 80mm, 100mm.
3. Temerature: For cooling(0 to 8degree), for freezer below 0degree.
4. Refrigerated unit: Carrier, Thermoking, BOXTRUCK,...ETC.
5. Floor: FRP, CHECKERED ALUMINIUM, T-ALUMINIUM.
6. DOOR LOCK PARTS AND HINGES: STAINLESS STEEL, GALVANIZED STEEL.
7. Door: double swing door, single door, PVC curtain for option.
1).It is made of GRP and PU foam with all-closed structure that the GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic Fiber) outside and PU foam(60mm,80mm,100mm) in the core.
2).Light in weight:40% lighter than metal body.
3).It is good at strength and long life.
4).The panel used for the truck body was constructed in type of sandwich.
5).Thermal insulation layer is 60-100mm thick, which offers a very good thermal insulation performance.
K value less than 0.3w/m2k
6).Customer can select side doors.
