Packing
We will use sea shipping suitable exports packaging. Standard brown paper carton box for our Primary sports scooter, color box for ADV and PRO scooter. if you need put your logo on it, let us know before you make order to us. Logo file like PSD, AI, CDR is needed, color should marked out with pantone number.
Pro scooter size: 97*73*14.5cm, Two pcs per package.
Delivery
1. Air shipping: As air shipping cost is very high, we suggest customer choose it only for sample. This will take around 7-8 days for delivery.
2. Express: Yes, we can send this to most of country by express for samples. This need 3-7 days for delivery.
3.Sea shipping: This is the cheapest way to shipping this products for mass quantity, and time is around 30 days. If you have goods shipping from China, you can consider this way.

Warranty
Only the scooter buy from Vokul are under warranty policy.
Who dismounting the scooter by self without Vokul permission are loss the right of warranty.
Natural wearing and products defect are under warranted, damage of artificial are exceptional.
Vokul warranties this scooter to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.
Normal tear and wear,or any failure, damage or loss caused by improper installing,storage or maintenance are not included in warranties policy. Warranty will be void If the products have ever been recreation or modified or rented or stolen.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for Vokul sports scooter or electric scooter bikes?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 25-35 days for order quantity more than 200pcs electric socoters or 500pcs for pro scooters.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for Vokul sports scooter or electric scooter bikes?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
For mass production, we suggest sea shipping.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.1%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will fix the scooter or charge part by sending your parts, customer in USA can enjoy local repair policy at Los Angeles. For defective products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
