Production Process
Our company is fully furnished with cutting-edge production equipment throughout the production process:
1. For pre-press equipment, we have the most advanced HP printers with up to 80cm width printing capability and fully automatic direct CTP system which can significantly reduce the sampling costs of our customers .
2. For press equipment we have one Heidelberg CP2000 and two Roland 700 which are all four-color press machines. We also have 1 monochrome color press machine and 1 Heidelberg monochrome machine which are in total 5 press machines.
3. For after-press machines we have the fully-automatic paper mounting machine, fully-automatic die-cutting machine, fully-automatic folding and pasting machine, etc.

2, How to get a quote from you?

3,How do I place an order?
30% Deposit --Provide design documents--mass production--examine goods--70% balance payment--shipment.
4, Do you offer templates to do designing work? What kind of formats you accept?
We offer die cut templates for you making your arworking on in directly , AI and PDF format are welcome for files .
5, Can you help designing work?
We are OEM factory we offer OEM service for all customers for designs . Normal we hope customers can offer us the files but if you don't have it send images and our logo we will try to offer designs for you accordingly .
6, What is your MOQ? Can I make cards under your MOQ?
Normal we asked for 500sets/design , less MOQ the unit price will be different but we accpted the order too .
7. How long the production lead time and sample time？
Sample time: 5-7 working days after layout approved ; mass lead time 30-40 days accordingly order q'ty.
8,What's your payment term?
30% deposit , 70% balance before shipping by T/T.
9, How do you contorl your puzzle missing piece ?
