Cylindrical mirrors are designed for applications that require one-dimensional shaping of the source. They have a flat-concave and flat-convex structure, both for diverging or converging beams. Generally used to focus incident light onto a line, or to change the aspect ratio of an image. The cylindrical mirror has a cylindrical surface that allows incident light to focus on a certain dimension and stretch the image. The focal length of the cylindrical mirror can be negative or positive and is suitable for laser line generation or deformed beam shaping to circularize the laser output. Optical Lenses, which may consist of a single or multiple elements, are used in a wide variety of applications from microscopy to laser processing. including life sciences, imaging, industrial, or defense. The base material is K9, UV fused silica, CaF2, ZNSE, etc. All materials can be selected from uncoated or AR-coated. We also supply cylindrical lenses, non-column lenses and cylindrical achromatic doublets.
