A: Yes, we can customize the ribbon with your logo. The minimum order quantity is 1000 yards.  

4: Can I get some samples?

A: Yes, 5-10 yards is free, if you want more length, could be negotiated. Contact our sales staff and they will help you.

5: If I want to buy a very small amount of ribbon, where can I buy it and how to transport it?

A: Contact our salesperson and place an order on Ali. The transportation can be DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, and the shipping time is 3-8 working days. Payment can be trade assurance order, PayPal, T/ T, bank card.

6: May I have your color swatch, for a fee or for free?

A: The free SWATCH is based on the minimum order quantity. Otherwise, the ribbon color chart costs only $10.

7: How do I pay for my order?

A: please send us the order details. We will draft order and send you the payment link.

8: how will my package be delivered?

A: By DHL, UPS, FedEx or other express, if your quantity is large, you can also ship it by sea.  

9: May I know your best price? Can I get a better price?

A: You can tell us the order quantity of each color and size. Then we will evaluate it for you.  

10: can you accept L / C payment?

A: Sorry, I'm afraid we only accept T / T, Trade assurance order and Paypal terms of payment.  

11: what is your ribbon made of?

A: Our ribbon is made of 100% polyester.

12: How long is each volume?

1roll = 100yards (1yard = 0.914m), or you can customize it if your qty is more than 3000 yards.

13: Can it be used for cake packaging or gifts?

A: Yes. This product is suitable for hand-made, Christmas Ribbon, flower packaging, cake, gift box decoration and etc.

14: What color do you have?

We have 196 colors for you to choose from or customize.
