Our manufacturing partner, Taisei Kogyo has acquired ISO13485 in May 2019 which prooves that our entire production processes are certified for production of metal components with high precision for medical devices such as for endoscopic surgery.
Our μ-MIM® technology realised mass production of small metal parts with high accuracry, complicated designs such as undercut,hollow structures and free curve. Moreover, we have produced parts with thin wall of less than 0.1 mm, internal gears and many other unique designs according to the drawings of clients.
Our technology offers manufacturing of various metal material components such as stainess steel: SS316L, SS304L, SS630L for instance. Titanium, pure copper, their alloys and other materials are also available. We suggest you the best solution for the material selection through discussions.
Upon request, we offer several secondaly processes such as plating, mirror polishing and over-moulding with PEEK to enhance particular mechanical properties or functions.
We also provide post processings such as plating, polishing, coating, surface treatment, heat treatment upon requests.
Our qualified ISO13485 certificate quarantees to produce very high quality and precise components to serve not only medical device industry but also many other industries.

Taisei Kogyo Co., Ltd. was established in January 1972 as a plastic injection moulding manufacturer. Aside from improving our technology in the plastic injection moulding, we organised an R&D group in Kyoto Research Park about 25 years ago, to start researching on MIM technology. We utilise our knowledge and experience from the plastic injection moulding and developed original MIM material (binder system and feedstock), which makes it possible to manufacture small and complex shaped MIM components for serial production. Taisei Kogyo Co., Ltd. has obtained ISO13485 in May 2019. TAISEI KOGYO (THAILAND) CO., LTD. was established in August 2011 and started its operation in 2012. We maintain the same production standard as Japanese factory.
