1.The machine adopts four track cam design with reasonable robust structure ,which ensure high speed and stable operation.All cylinders are made of special alloy steel and processed by CNC to ensure high precision ,durability and high number of yarn feeders and high output.What 's more The orginal design can weave spandex elastic fleece fabrics .The said fabrics is the best material for overcoat and leisure wears.Furthermore,after brushing process.it is also good for making warm-keeping dresses,such as night grown ,and baby clothing etc.

2.The fleece machines are able to be convertd into single jersey machines in case of purchasing extra accessories and cams .In said conversion,it is not necessary to change the cylinder.

3.The machines adopts 136-step gear -type fabric take up device with gear box in the center,which avoids variation in the center of gravity and ensure smooth running easily.

4.Applicable knit fabrics:french terry ,twill and flannelette cloth.Applications :ladies' dressing ,sportwear ,sanitary clothing .nightgowns.baby clothing.
