1. What's the information should be provided when inquiry? Workshop drawing is better, meanwhile, some information needed as follows,
A: Max weight to lift B:The vertical distance between two side bearing beam, C: How high you want to lift
D: Power supply sources information, E: How many sets of crane you on same traveling rail, F: Need power supply system and rail or not? G: Other special design demanded.
2. What control you demand?
Normally it should be the cabin control with air conditioner for safety.
3.Why it have four girders?
It will be more safe and reasonable if the capacity is higher than 125tons.
4. If wirerope damaged, how to make sure the safty of ladle?
Because it have beed designed with two sets of wirerope system on each lifting pulley of hanging beam, one set of wirerope damaged, the other set of wirerope system could be still very strong to finish the other whole working procedure, then it could to avoid any risk happened once one pc of wire rope damaged.
5. How to install the crane?
We could arrange our engineer teem to do the crane installation, commissioning and training if you demand.
