A2.Our direct factories occupy a total of 23000 sqm with more than 200 workers.
Q3:What are your main products?
A3. Our main products are unique, creative high end furniture which include living room, ,bedroom, dining room, kitchen etc. We also professional in customized furniture according to client’s requirement. You will be offered satisfied furniture by us just tell us what your need or even a drawing. We also offer you one stop solution, we have experience of exporting to more than 50 countries and know their local law, we are not only supply furniture, but also assist on documentation and consultation for shipment and destination importation, which save your time and expenses.
Q4:Can I change the size of product?
A4. Yes you can change the size of the products as per your exact requirements and at the same time, we have our own standard size choice for all the products.
Q5:Can I choose the color?
A5. Yes , we have a variety of colors and materials for your selection.
Q6:What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A6. It depends on the designs that you choose. Normally, we do not ask for MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
Q7:Can I buy some samples before the orders?
A7.Yes we can offer you samples before the orders but it is on payment basis .
Q8:How long is the Production Lead Time?
A8 Generally , our products can delivery from 7days -60days since we get payment of deposit ,exact delivery time depend on the design you chose .
Q9:Can you give warranty of your products?
A9.Yes,our warranty is 5 years, we are proud of our quality since each department we have professional QC teams. We would request detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent orders. In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution.
Q10: what is your ordering process?
A10.It depends on what you order, for regular items or customized items. If going for regular one. We can offer you the price immediately. If customization, we need details of your requirement. And the process will be as below:
Inquiry-- sending us your requirement (drawing ,layout ,designs, etc)-- choosing designs you like and offering you proposals of each area of your project-- 3d drawing if needed-- confirming orders-- deposit payment--production—inspection(if you want) –balance payment--delivery.
