Formwork system for slab 

Instead of steel pipes & couplers or timbers, our formwork scaffolding system is made of quality steel with very easy & quick handling. With flexible & adjustable features, this system is suitable to various projects, achieving high construction efficiency, zero-material wasting and low-costing all at the same time.

Material

---main beam and sub-beam are made of high quality cold-rolled steel in 2mm to 2.5mm thickness. This material is impervious to corrosion and extremely strong without any deformation.

---vertical standards and horizontal ledgers are made of high frequency welded pipe.

---U-head screw is made of seamless steel pipe. This hollow U-head screw is not only a lighter weight than the solid screw, but is also more convenient to handle and moreover, firmly embedded in the vertical standards to keep level and make fine adjustments.

Load Bearing

Each standard can bear about 3 to 4 tons.

The area between two main beams can bear 2 to 2.5 tons, each sub-beam can bear 1 ton.

Usual concrete slab thickness is between 10 to 15 centimeter, weight per area is about 250 to 380 kg, so our system is strong enough to support normal high-rise buildings.

Surface treatment

All of our products are finished in electrophoretic painting. Different than metallic paining like zinc galvanized, this water-based painting is environmentally friendly whether in production process or during use. What’s more, the dipping painting allows for a more complete finish on each single corner, it also protects the product better from rust and corrosion.
