1. Automatic double-layer water bath sterilization pot for the upper and lower two POTS, the hot water storage tank, the lower for the sterilization pot, steam preheating can be temperature control, softening water sterilization can be recycled, energy saving and water source;
2. The food enters the sterilizing pot, the water from the upper pot enters the lower pot, the cold air mass is discharged, and all the food is soaked. The steam heating circulating pump is used to circulate hot water, ensuring that the temperature error of circulating water is within ±5℃.
3. Water as a transfer medium, the specific heat capacity is conducive to heat storage, especially under the double action of the upper tank preheating and circulating pump, steam heat makes the temperature of the whole circulating water uniform, good stability;
4. Automatic man-machine interaction interface PLC+HMI visual monitoring and control system, strengthen the effect of automatic operation;
