1. Are you factory or trade? |
We are factory, our factory is located in Dongguan in China,who is named as the world's factory. |

3. Do you support ODM/OEM? |
Yes, of course we do. In fact, most of our products are ODM/OEM. |
4. What's your MOQ? |
Since most of our product are customized, the MOQ is 1000. We do accept smaller quantity, but the price will be higher. The more,the cheaper. |
5. Do you offer free samples? |
Samples with other client's logo and pattern, they are free and you just need to pay for the express fee. If you want samples with your logo and pattern, the sample charge is $250.00-$400.00. |
6. What's the delivery time? |
Usually mold time around 25 days.Sample time around 10 days. Production time around 30 days. If urgent, the delivery time can be as quick as 15 days |
7. What's the delivery term? |
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU etc. |
8. What's the payment term? |
40% payment in advance, the rest 60% payment before shipping. |
9. What's the packing? |
Usually 1 products per poly bag, packed in cartons for international transportation. |
10.What should I do before start orders? |
Firstly, confirm the shape and size. Since metal products are produced by molds and the dimension can't be changed only if new molds which is expensive. Secondly, confirm the designs in AI,PSD,CDR or PDF format file no less than 300 DPI. Thirdly, confirm the raw material, printing technology and packing issues. Fourthly, confirm if there are any other accessories that need to be customized together, such as tota bag, sticker etc |
