Q1: Are you a manufacturer of packaging bags?
A1: Yes,we are packing films and packing bags manufacturer. We are a factory integrating industry and trade, located in Chaozhou city, Guangdong province since 2008.
Q2: When can I get the price and how to get the full price?
A2: If your information is enough, we will quote for you in 1-2 hours on working time, and will quote in 12 hours on off-work time. Full price base on bag type, size, material, thickness, printing colors, quantity. Welcome your inquiry.
Q3: What is your packaging range?
A3: All kinds of vacuum bags/rolls for food, kraft paper bags, Aluminum foil bags, Colorful stand-up bags, Coffee valve bags, shrink roll film etc.
Q4: May I get a sample to check the quality?
A4: Of course you can. We can offer your samples we have made before free for your check and should appreciate your help with the courier cost. Other customized samples cost should be further communicated.
Q5: What is the QC management if I place an order?
A5: To the whole order management, inspection team has specific flow and quality control standard for every product in every stage such as early-production inspection, mid-production inspection, final production inspection and container loading inspection. The key points will reflect in the Progress Sheet and QC Report so that we can track every project's situation and feedback our customers immediately.
Q6: What about the lead time for mass production?
A6: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is within 10-15days.
Q7: What about the delivery and payment terms?
A7: We accept T/T and L/C payment. Great long-term relationship with forwarder of Air/Freight leads that we can get competitive price with better service for our customers. For the shipping service, we coordinate factories to deliver FCL/LCL goods, organize the forwarder, report the ETD & ETA, and send documents like Invoice, Packing List, B/L etc.
