1.  Q: Do you make the sample for customers?

     Will you charge it or not?

     A: Sure, we could make the sample for you,

     basically, customers have to pay for them.

     If an order is placed, the sample charge

     will be deducted from the cost of the order.

2.  Q: What is your minimum order quantity of OEM products?

     May I have my own logo on the products? 

     A: Our minimum order quantity per shipment is 1000 sets.

     Customers need to provide us the

     Trademark Authorization Letter

     to allow us to print the logo on the products.

3.  Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

     A: We are professional manufacturer for hardware.

     We have over 30 years OEM and ODM experience in Taiwan.

4.  Q: If I send my design, could you make it for me only,

     and will not show it to anyone else?
     A:Sure, we will not show it to others.
