 A).Warranty Time
24 months. We promise to change new chair for customer within 24 months if due to our chair quality problem cause chair can’t be used or refund customer money directly by Paypal.

B). New Products Recommend
We will research and develop 3-5 pieces new model chairs and send to our customer’s email with quotation every month regularly, some are cheaper models, and some never appear in the market

C).Customer's complaints
For all complaints come from our customers, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours. It would be easier and quicker for us to handle the issue if you can provide us with photos of products with quality problems.

D).Sample order
We welcome sample order or trial order before mass order, this can help customers know more information about our chair quality.Generally, our sample charges 2 times the normal price, and we will refund the normal chair cost after the order confirmed.

E).Personal customize
We welcome customers to provide us own design idea or clear picture, we can discuss it and do our best to do the same like yours, colorful carton or embroider logo on the chair, also workable for us.

We have our own factory.

2.Where is your factory located ?

Our factory is located in Jiangsu province, China. For every client, you’re welcome to visit our factory and cooperate with us.

3.Do you need sample fee?

Yes, sample cost is needed. But if you are from European and American countries ,we can send out the sample within 3 days from our 16 foreign warehouses. You can order directly on this platform. Finally, these costs can be returned back after your bulk order.

4.What is your lead time or delivery time?

The few sample quantity for European and USA can be sent out within 3 working days.

The delivery time will be 25-30days for 40HQ,15-20days for 20GP after receipt of the deposit and confirming all the detailed information.

5.What is your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit in advance,70% balance before container loading.

L/C at sight, Paypal, Wester Union and son on .

6.How about the quality warranty? If receiving damaged goods, how can we do ?

We have strict control of quality from material to shipment. If you find our products damaged in the container when receiving the goods, please take photos or video to show us. We will find satisfying solution ASAP. Free ones or compensation will be offered in next order.
