A7: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won’t ship to our customer .And if you really found the problem,Please take a photo and send back to us ,then we can check that . And if it is our duty, we will compensate you. Please note, if you could not contact me over a month, I am so sorry maybe I could not help you, because we will update our information in a month.
If you insist to return to good to us, it also is OK, but you should bear the shipping fee, and when we received the good, will refund you the money.
