Most of the time, clients require us to do custom service, because seal strips are usually different in size and profiles due to different application and designs, it's convenient for us to make a new mould and produce the unique products only for you!

The car door rubber seal usually produced with EPDM rubber or flexible PVC,
The flocking rubber strip is used to hold the glass so it can run smoothly. The flock is very strong, it's not easy to come off.
Top bulb, side bulb, or flaps are usually foam so that effect better waterproof, soundproof and airproof
U shape parts are solid but flexbile rubber or PVC with steel insert support
There're gribs in the U channel, simply push on installing but never come off
