C).Customer's complaints
For all complaints come from our customers, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours. It would be easier and quicker
for us to handle the issue if you can provide us with photos of products with quality problems.

D).Sample order
We welcome sample order or trial order before mass order, this can help customers know more information about our chair quality.
Generally, our sample charges 2 times the normal price, and we will refund the normal chair cost after the order confirmed.

We welcome customers to provide us own design idea or clear picture, we can discuss it and do our best to do the same like yours,
