PVB film production line is divided into two methods:
One is the dry process, also known as the roll process. Through the flow extrusion, cooling in the air, shaping and winding.
The other is the wet process, also known as the water process, the extrusion of the film through the water tank cooling finalization, after blowing dry rewinding. There is a big difference in equipment and price between the two processes. The main machine can use single screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder according to different requirements and raw materials.
