Precautions and instrument maintenance
1、The instrument should be used in a non-corrosive environment.
2、When replacing the specimen, the oil cup shall be cleaned.
3,the test thermocouple should not be oil, so as not to affect the detection sensitivity。
4、During the test, do not touch theignition head, oil cup and surrounding high-temperature parts to avoid burns.
5, the use of electric ignition method ofinstrument, the electric ignition wire needs to be replaced regularly. Ignition wire every 1000 times bright (about 80-100 tests),the need to replace the ignition wire.
