1. Are you trade company or factory?What is your main products?
A:We are factory. Our mainly products are fasteners like screws, bolts, nuts, washers, auto parts, electronic tools, hardware etc.
2. Could you send me all your prduct catalogue and price list?
As we have more than thousands of models, it is really too hard for us to send you our entire catalogue and price list for you. Please inform me the styles you interested in, so we can offer you the models and pricelist you want for your reference.
3, Could you sent me the samples for free?
Normally, we can offer the samples for free within 7 days if the mould is available / have in stock, and after confirm order, we will return the sample freight.
4. What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on if we have stock or not, if we have stock goods, we can delivery within 2 days after receiving the payment. And normally our production is in 20-30 days for one container (20-26 ton) products.

In generally, the products are heavy, we advice you delivery the products by sea to save transpotation cost, any other requirement for shippment and delivery ways are welcome.

For small amount order, we have paypal account, also the western union, MoneyGram is ok.
