Q1. Can you print clients brand logo?
A: yes, can silk-screen your brand logo MOQ is 100 set for logo-printing.
Q2. What’s Minimum Order Quantity?
A: MOQ is 1 set, we are manufacturer, so will have some in stock.
Q3. How long is your Lead Time?
A: As we said, we have some in stock per item, so sample is within 2 days, bulk products is 3-7 days, it’s according to quantity and color request etc.
Q4. What’s your Payment Terms?
A: Sample support TT, PayPal, West Union etc. Bulk goods is 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Trade assurance order welcome!
Q5. How long is the warranty period?
A: Touch screen POS system warranty is 12 months. Provide lifetime maintenance, but not free!
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We are willing to provide samples for customer testing, the samples not free! But the price will be the same as the bulk goods.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, the product has to undergo 5 inspections during the production process. And must 100% test before delivery.
