1. Main purpose

It is widely used in the production, scientific research, quality supervision and inspection of motorcycle helmets, sports helmets and other protective helmets.

2. Main features

1. The whole machine is composed of frame body, head shape, weight, guide device, release device, etc. The structure is compact and the operation is convenient.

2. It is equipped with three different head molds, small, medium and large, which is convenient for helmets of different sizes to be tested.

3. The pull-in and release weight structure adopts electric control. Electronically controlled release.

4. The height is lifted by electric control, which can raise any height within the range.

5. Equipped with φ3mm steel rope (motorcycle helmet) and elastic belt (sports helmet) with elongation less than 18mm / m under 1000N load, which is convenient for testing different helmets
