bottle, space cup, medicine bottle, edible oil pot, bulk wine bottle, pure water bucket, wide mouth bottle, plastic pop can,
beverage bottle, etc.
Machine Features: 1. Using advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance; 2. Using infrared lamp heating, strong
penetration, bottle body rotation heating, orbit revolution, heating evenly, fast and reliable; 3. The lamp tube, width and height
of the heating zone can be adjusted to adapt to the heating of different structure of preforms, and there is an automatic
temperature discharging device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying channel; 4. Every mechanical action has a safety
self-locking device, when a process fails, the program will automatically switch to the safe state; 5. Each action is driven by
air cylinder without oil pump, which has the advantages of no pollution and low noise; 6. The air circuit design divides the
action and blowing into three parts to meet the needs of different air pressures; 7. It has the advantages of high pressure and
double crank connecting rod clamping, strong clamping force and automatic die thickness compensation. 8. There are manual and
