Main Machine Overview:
1.Crusher:mainly used for grinding the raw materials like soybean,maize etc.
Capacity: 150kg/h-600kg/h
2.Mixer:mainly be used to mix all kinds of raw material evenly, such as wheat meal, corn meal,sorghum meal,bone meal,meat meal and so on,it also can mix other micro- ingredients such as vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and other feed additives.
Capacity:25-2000kg/batch,10-15mins per batch.
3.Dryer: lower the temperature and moisture content of the feed pellet.
Capacity:150-3000kg/h
4.Cooler:adopting the counter-flow cooling principle,it can reduce the high temperature and moisture content,for large capacity fish feed production line,this is an necessary machine.For small capacity,the pellet can cool naturally.
Capacity:100-500kg/batch,needs 15mins.per batch
5.Oil spray machine:use to spray oil onto the surface of the feed pellet.First the smell can attract the fish to eat the pellet.Second it is better for storage.
Capacity:50-500kg/batch,5-10mins.per batch
6.Packing machine:
packing the finished feed pellet into bags,and 1-50kg per bag,thus it is more convenient for storage and transport.The process including filling,weighing,sealing.
Capacity: ≤300bags/h 1-50kg/bag.
