Introduction

Mica plates are hard or soft plate-shaped insulating materials that is made of mica paper and high-performance organic silicon resin through bonding, heating and laminating. In mica plate, mica accounts for 90% and resin 10% of the weight.

Features

Excellent insulating performance at high temperature. At 700 to 1000, the withstand voltage breakdown performance can remain at 15kv/mm.

Hard mica plates are of good bending strength and rigidity. Soft mica plates are of good tensile strength, and can be processed into parts of various shapes without lamination.

Environmentally-friendly. Mica plates are free from asbestos, and release little (even no)fumes and smell during in heat.

Good ability to resist acid and oil.

Purposes

Mica plates are widely applied in electric dryers, toasters, heaters, industrial fumaces, printers, dry-off oven, household ovens, electric rice cooker, electronic marmites, fan heaters, electric irons, bread ovens, microwave ovens, electronic soldering irons, electronic disinfection cabinets, electric hot water bottles, Line frequency furnaces, intermediate furnaces, electric-arc furnaces, electric coils, and water heaters. Mica plates can also replace asbestos to serve as gaskets for exhaust pipe of vehicles. As the heating rack, gaskets and baffles of above electric equipment, mica plates have become an indispensable structural and insulating material.

Package

50kg a bag, sealed with plastic membrane, then packed into cartons. For export, fumigation-free tray shall be employed to handle 1000kg mica plate per tray, or wooden crates shall be employed for protection.

Service and Storage

Mica plates shall be stored in dry and moisture-proof environment in room temperature. No limit in service life.
