*What is your MQO?
Answer: Generally our MQO is 10tons .Maybe you needn't this big quantity ,if you are a special field ,liking the cosmetics ,medicine,health care ect .So we also accept the zero single order. Only different quantity different price.
*Can you send free sample to me ?
Answer :Of course , we can send some free sample to you .It is our pleasure.But you should tell me the accurate quantity you need for testing.
As we have many samples to send every day for all over the world ,so you should suffer the express fee.And we promise the express fee must be return you after you make an order .
*How long can i receive the sample ?
Answer:Generally we commended two kinds of express ,Lower price longer time .The fast one need 3-4workingdays ,The slow one need 5-7workingdays .We send it according to your decision.
*What is your payment terms ?
Answer:
1).Our first choice is T/T. For a large order 40% T/T in advance is earnest money, the rest to be paid in 7-10 days after getting B/L copy. For a small order,100% T/T in advance.
2).Second choice is L/C. We can accept irrevocable L/C at sight. For a large order 40%T/T, 60%L/C. We couldn’t accept L/C for a small order. The best way of payment we advise is T/T, because L/C is very complicated and a lot of extra fee is to give the bank.
3).The others: West Union,
