No.1 Slurry Prepare Plant: to prepare all materials such as cement, mineral fiber, glass fiber, paper pulp. Then mix them with water to prepare slurry and storage of slurry.
No.2 Slurry Pickup & Layer taking Machine: to pickup and carry slurry , pre-dewatering, and make the slurry adhere to felt-belt-carrier to form layers. Then carry the partly dehydrated slurry to final dehydrating & felt-belt cleaning station.
No.3 Vacuum Dehydrating & Felt Cleaning Machine; The slurry is completely dewatered by vacuum pump. The felt-belt is cleaned and rough sheet is formed.
No.4 Flat sheet Maker; the rough sheet is rolled into-flat sheet, then carried to flat sheet receiver to form multilayer flat sheet according to required thickness of final product .
No.5 Flat Sheet Receiver: to receive the ready-made multilayer flat sheet and carry it via a transition roller-way to pre-forming press.
No.6 Transition Roller Way: to connect Flat Sheet Receiver station to Pre-Forming Press
No.7 Pre-Forming Press: roughly press the flat sheet into corrugated sheet then carry it via a transition roller way into Rolling Forming Press.
No.8 Transition Roller way: to connect Pre-Forming Press and Rolling-Forming Press.
No.9 Rolling-Forming Press: finally and precisely press the sheet to form a perfect corrugated sheet. Then it is carried via a transition roller way to trimmer station.
No.10 Transition Roller Way: to connect Rolling-Forming Press and Trimmer.
No.11 Trimmer: at this station , the corrugated sheet is trimmed after the four edges cut , Then the sheet with final dimension and shape is carried via a transition roller way to stacking conveyor.
No.12 Transition Roller way: to connect Trimmer and Conveyor stacker.
No.13 Conveyor stacker: to lift the green corrugated sheet off the mould-board of producing line and stack it on another mould-board to go to curing house.
