The16mm polyurethane siding is equivalent to the thermal insulation and sound insulation effect of 50mm thick polystyrene board.

Install accessory base
You need to prepare tools for installing plates and accessories, mainly: expansion screws, dovetail nails, pistol drills, air nail guns (not necessary), markers, tape measures, rubber hammers, cutting machines, etc.
Before installing the metal carved plate, first install the plate fitting base, which mainly includes initial installation accessories，middle seam fittings，install accessories at the end，door and window wrapped fittings，outside and inside corner accessories，etc.
Install plate
Install horizontally. All the plates must have the upper interface facing down. After installing the first board fix it to the wall with expansion screws or self-tapping screws, and then insert upper interface of the second board to the lower interface of the first board and tighten it downward,at the same time, tap the interface of the two boards with a rubber hammer to ensure that the connection between the two boards is sufficiently strong.and so on.
Install plate cover
After all metal carved plates are installed; press the accessory cover firmly on the base. If it is an accessory of the same material, it is fixed on the wall with screws, and finally sealed with waterproof glass glue.
When the board is installed, you can tear off the protective film; this will make the building look new.
