Here is our process:
1.when you made an order with suppliers, then let him send the goods to our warehouse, later ask him give you tracking number and you send the tracking number to me.
2.i will track the goods, when it arrived our warehoouse, i will tell you, and weigh them then tell you.
3.i will give you an payment link in Alibaba, trade assurance. after you paid it i will send out.
4.later i will give you an international tracking number, you can track it.
5.then if any update i will telll you
6.NOTE: if you have many goods, the supplier don't want to send the goods, we can help you to pick up the goods.

 When we get the goods from the suppliers,we will let the customers know in the first time,then we will check if the goods and outer packages.Sometimes,due to the crushed on the way,some cartons or outer packing damaged a bit,we will ask the permission forom our customers,then repack for them.

Then as for the tracking number,we will always send the goods out after the payment received,the tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours.For example,if the goods are delivered in the morning, the order number will be given in the afternoon;if the goods are delivered in the afternoon, the order number will be given the next morning.
