Q: How can you guarantee your quality and dimension?

A: To avoid mistake, we will send our production drawing to customer to confirm.

At the same time, we have initial inception , sampling inspection before loading inspection.

Q: What is your order process?

1. Please kindly send us window or door drawing, It will be better if customers can offer us the sizes, hardware brand and opening way.

2. We will make solution and send customer's quotation with glass, hardware, profiles etc.

3. Discussing with customer and confirm PI, receive deposit from customer,

4. Production drawing will be sent, customers will sign in the drawing, then send back to us.

5. Production, QC and load container.

Q: What is your production time?

A: Normally, 25-30 working days after we receive deposit and confirm drawing by customers.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: We don't have MOQ limited. Also, sample order is welcomed.

Q: Do you accept customized design and sizes?

A: Of course, sizes will be acceptable, at the same time, we have our standard product to recommend.

Q: How many colors you have?

A: Normally, dark grey is our standard color, but if customers need other color, it will be available.

If we need other color, then real sample or RAL number will be necessary.

Q:What's your generally packaging?

A: With protective film and carton for non-glass products, with protective film and wooden package for glass products.
