A: 3 days for sample, 7-10 days for mass production or depends on the quantity. 6 days for rush orders.
Q: 7. How can you assure the quality?
A: Before mass production, we will send samples for confirm. And we have 100% full inspection before we ship the goods.
Q: 8. How will I know if I'll like my patch design?
A: After we confirm your order, we create a sample of a new patch design and send you a photo of the sample for your approval.
Q: 9. What information will I have to provide when ordering?
A: Please send us your artwork in file formats such as PDF.AI.EPS.PSD or CRD with pantone color, number, size, shape, and quality etc.
Q: 10. Could you send me your entire catalogue and price list?
A: As we have more than thousands of items, it is really hard for us to send you our entire catalogue and price list. Please inform us the item you are interested in, so we can offer you the price you want for reference.
