1. Are you are a trading company or factory?

Many factories we work with they are not big enough to have their own international sales team and export license, but they can offer lower prices at same quality than some easy to find manufacturers online. 

2. Are the samples free of charge?

For items we have stock on hand, the sample is free of charge. You only need to cover the shipping cost. The sample can be sent out within 24 hours after your confirmation. For OEM project, we will also get the best sample cost for you. Lead time is 5~7 days.

3. What's your moq?

It depends. For items in stock, MOQ is 1 pc. For standard products with customized logo, we can work from 50 pcs. For OEM products, usually is 1000 pcs.

4. Can you offer customized packaging?

Yes, one of our core value is to help our customers to find the most proper brand packaging for their products. We are working directly with the packaging factories and label printing factories, so we can offer lowest packaging cost.

5. What's the payment terms?

6. When can I get the quotation for my inquiry?

Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all the details of products being clear. In case of urgent, you can ask us to provide a quick quote within 2 hours based on all details provided. 

7. What's the lead time for bulk order?

The products in stock can be shipped second day after your confirmation. The products(in stock) with customzied logo can be shipped within 7 days. OEM project usually takes 30~35 days.
