1) What is your minimum order quantity?
A: There is 500pcs that not include folding the label and tag for the first order.
2) How much is the shipping cost/freight charge?
A: The shipping cost depends on the total weight and volume of your package and your location or destination.
3) What information will I have to provide when ordering?
A: Please send us your artwork in file formats such as PDF.AI.EPS.PSD or CRD with pantone color numbers, size, shape and Quantity etc.
4) How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: The samples will be ready around 3-7 days. If you want to see physical samples, they can be sent to you via courier express. It will take around 3 days for shipping sample. It is ok to use your own courier express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5) How long are your turnaround time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It usually will take around 7-15 days to process bulk production. If you need goods urgently, we will try our best to make them first and rush them out as soon as possible.
6) How about the shipping method?
A: We will check an optimal shipping way for you or according to your choice. If your goods are not large, we can send goods to you via courier express such as UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX, which we have cooperated with them for long time so we have good price. If your goods are large, we will ship by sea or by air, we will quote the shipping cost to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
7) What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, door to door etc.
8) How can I pay for order?
A: TT, LC, PayPal etc.
9) Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are factory in labels area about 20 years. But not just a factory, as we have sales team can help buyers to decide which products are their best choice, and all your inquiry will be replied in time.
10) How about the packing?
We can pack as per your requirements .Usually mass product will be packed by poly bay or sleeve, inner box and fit into carton.
