As shown in the graph, when the system load fluctuates in a flow volume system, when the system pressure changes, the P1-P3 of the two ends of the dynamic balancing electric control valve will also change. (1) when the inlet pressure P1 rises, (P1-P2) increases, then the electric valve spool moves upward, so that the opening between P1 and P2 decreases, and the spool pressure P2 decreases. When the inlet pressure P1 decreases, the opening between (P1-P2) increases, and the spool pressure P2 increases. Therefore, no matter how the pressure of the system changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 remains constant through the regulating effect of the valve spool. Therefore, the electric valve has strong anti-interference ability and has the function of dynamic balance. (2) when the electric actuator accepts the control signal to make the valve axis extend R to rotation, the opening degree between P2 and P3 is also changed. Because regardless of system pressure (P1-P3) changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 (P2-P3) is always the same, so the corresponding to any opening position, the transportation of water flow is the flow characteristic curve and the actual electric control valve and early or late in the flow curve is consistent therefore, there is no deviation, the electric valve electric valve dynamic balance than traditional has better control characteristics. |
