Application
The dosage of soybean milk, ice cream, ice cream, jelly, beverage and canned food is about 1% ~ 1.5%. CMC can also be mixed with vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, fruit juice, meat juice, vegetable juice to form a stable emulsion dispersion liquid, its dosage is 0.2% ~ 0.5%. Especially, the emulsifying property of vegetable oil, protein and aqueous solution is excellent, which can make it form homogeneous emulsion with stable property.
