    A:1.Sample order is acceptable.Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.

       2.Usually we can’t offer free sample, pls pay the sample and express fee, the sample costing can be deducted in your first large order.

4. Q:What's your payment terms?

         A:l.T/T,L/C at sight

           2. 30% down payment by T/T, 70% balance before shipment by T/T.
           3.30 %T/T / in deposit , the rest against on the copy of B/L.        

    5. Q:What's your delivery time?
        A:1.The samples can be sent to you within 10-15 days on receipt of the down payment
            2. In general, the batch order can be shipped to you within 25-35 days after order confirmation. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us different products and different quantity will have different leading time.
     6.Q:How many quantity so I can get your OEM service with myself brand name?
        A:Different models have different MOQ requirement, pls  consult our salesman. OEM packing is available only if the quantity of single model reaches 5000 PCS .if not ,it is expected that the buyer will pay the OEM packing charge extra.

     7. Q:Aout  warranty 

         A:1.We offer warranty 12 months, since the date the goods arrive the customer's warehouse.
            2.Within this period, adjustment, repaired or replacement of parts or whole will be performed without charge in the case of damage caused by accidents, misuse, tampered, or lack of care.
            3.We will always include 2% free spare which can be easily damaged of the order quantity in each shipment. Some necessary spare parts are offered free to you.
