Q: How can I know your price?
JKL: The price is based on buyer's requirements, so please provide with information below to help us quote exact price to you.
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window's dimension, quantity, type, and other requirements;
2) Aluminum frame color;
3) Specification of glass: Thickness (Single, double, laminated or others) and color (Clear, tinted, low-e, reflective or others, with Argon, Air or without).
Q: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
JKL: Our product is customized made. We will custom size according to client's requirement.
1) The window and door custom are based on our aluminum profile series.
2) The skylight, sunroom, railing support All-round custom according to client's project site.
Q: What is your MOQ order?
JKL: 1 set or 10 sqm.
Q: What is your color available?
JKL: Our standard color is white, Grey, Wooden grain. Other colors can be customized. We'll send color chart for confirmation by express.
Q: What is your delivery time?
JKL: 30 days production time + 30 days shipping time. You can received items around 2 months.
Q: What is your payment terms?
JKL: 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit, and balance before delivery.
Q: Will we need to install the glass (Onsite glazing) or do your windows come with the glass installed?
JKL: We'll think about it in terms of the actual situation, ensure the glass will not be damaged during transportation.
Generally, we will assemble small size glass. And larger glass is recommended for project site installation.
Q: What is your warranty? (After-sales Service)
JKL: We promise 10 year quality assurance. If occurence situation of missing accessories when items are received, we will free re-sent it by express. And if due to our reason cause glass damaged, Also we'll provide it for free.
