Applications:

1. Basic Chromium Sulfate is mainly used in tanning of processing leather industry or synthesis of other chromium based re-tanning agents and production of chromic compound.

2. It is also used in dyeing of khaki cloth and in manufacture of chrome-based dyestuffs.

Safety and Handling:
Contact with the skin is potentially harmful, as it may cause skin ulceration. Similarly, contact with the eyes and clothing and inhalation of the dust should be avoided. In case of contact, flush with water; for eyes, give prolonged irrigation with water, and get medical attention immediately.

The product should be stored in a dry and cool place
